Mango trees grow up to 30 to 40 meters or (98 to 130 ft.). These trees are so long-lived that they can even be productive after 300 years or so. Mangoes are normally available in the market in early May. This availability continues till early August. Pakistan is the fourth-largest producer of this amazing fruit in the world. Punjab, Sindh, and some selected areas from KPK are very famous for the production of mango. Together these constitute around a 1.8 million tons yield per annum in Pakistan out of which 6% is exported worldwide.

For instance, Chaunsa, Sindhri, Anwer ratol, Lagra, Dossehri, and more are harvested in the summer season largely in many cities like Multan, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Khanewal, Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, etc. And if we talk about its taste, it’s quite creamy yet fruity taste with slight pine and of course sweet flavors.
